"Niki was my doula while I was pregnant, during my birth and also through the postpartum. I recommend her more than warmly. She is a wonderful woman, very learned, humble and powerful. She trained me and taught me a lot during the pregnancy. We explored the practical and technical parts of the preparation (such as breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, etc.) but also the philosophy of doulas or the history of natural birth. During labor Niki supported me from the first contractions until the delivery. She always stayed calm, focused and extremely helpful (one of her best tricks being to push on your back while the contractions come and it really changes the whole experience :)). The postpartum was the most difficult part for me (especially being away from my country, France) and again Niki was there to help me. She is a great psychological support. She also knows which products, food, plants, will make you heal quickly and feel better. She is an amazing cook, she knows everything about newborns (she recommended books that completely transformed my link to my son). She is a rock! I am glad I met her and chose her to be next to me in this crucial and essential moment of my life."
